The Hillside offers a unique Day Spa experience. Our little boutique spa is located in a beautifully restored Colonial Revival home built around 1910. The Hillside offers comfort and joy to all who enter. The idea for the Hillside was born out of a desire to have a place where providers could offer their guests the fine salon and spa services, associated with conventional spas, without having to sacrifice their desire to be self-employed. Never too formal, but always professional, the Hillside Service providers offer their clients the finest services available with a healthy dose of "Southern Hospitality".
Why the Hillside Salon and Day Spa is Special
The Hillside service providers are all self employed professionals dedicated to giving their clients/guests the finest services available.
- The Hillside providers are experts in their respective practice of hair design, nail services, esthetics, massage therapy and bodywork.
- The providers manage their own schedules and service menus, but also cooperate with one another to offer spa packages and specials designed to pamper and please.
*Due to our unique layout, we are unable to accommodate walk in gift certificate purchases, tours or services. Please set an appointment and we will be happy to assist you!
Not sure who to book with or how to coordinate a package?
No problem. Just give us a call. We will be happy to listen to your requests. We will help you coordinate arrivals, departures, payment and services.
Just dial Extension (910) 485-1300, ext 17, for assistance. Please note that this line will not be answered and you will always need to leave a message with our system voice mail to ensure correct archiving of messages. Please leave a detailed message and the spa coordinator will return your call within 2 business days.

Please note:
Our office and help lines stop accepting appointment requests by phone and e-mail at 12:30 on Friday afternoon. You may leave a message with the automated attendant or send in your online request and your query will be answered the following Monday. You are always welcome to try providers directly.
Same day requests may not be answered if there are no appointments available. Many providers will need to schedule your appointment in advance.
